Those Who have already submitted a token money of 10000 can retrieve it from the account officer Mr.. Intezar and on showing your registration slip for Sialkot Medical College, can Claim the subsidy of 10000 from the college.
Non Faculty members can get subsidy of Rs. 5000.

Please bring these required documents and fill your application from available at HR SMC, (Ms.Ansa).

1. MBBS/BDS degree
2. Two photographs 3x3cm. One attested from backside.
4.Current Teaching position
5.CNIC copy
6. NOC from Principal

Please submit your application forms to Ms. Ansa and willdispatch the forms on Friday.
