The department of pediatrics is committed to deliver high quality academic education and clinical teaching that prepare undergraduate and post graduate students for their professional capacity building and advance study in the field of pediatrics medicine.

It is chaired by Prof. Dr Manzoor Ellahi Rai who has a professional experience of more than 40 years .He is a graduate of K.E.M.C Lahore, Member and fellow of College of physician and Surgeon of Pakistan. His dedicated team consists of associate Assistant professor, senior registrar and lectures to deliver the academic and clinical activities.

The department consists of air conditioned lecture that for clinical classes. We have a state of the art NICU & PICU, which can handle all type neonatal and children illnesses. Neonatal  ICU and  Pediatrics ICU is fully  Equipped  with latest instruments like Incubator ,Cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, baby  warmers ,phototherapy units and ventilator.
